Next Overwatch Update Requires A Complete Reinstall was created by DamageInc.

Drakuloth posted yesterday over at the blizzard forums that the back-end changes made with the patch warrant a complete reinstall to be compatible.

Yeah m8, not Ideal but it does happen from time to time if enough changes in a game take place.
I just got the title myself when I got back from my trip from a humble monthly and not even installed it yet. Think I may wait till the patch hits to get into the title.
