We have been made aware that a few members have been entering giveaways in rapid succession, suggesting the use of scripts or macro, which is against our rules.

It may also be an attempt at key farming.

Our system will automatically notify us of this type of activity and record the evidence; the result of this is a permanent ban! There is no "if" here , you will be caught!

I run a fair and respectful website with great competitions for members to enter. It is very important to me that all members respect the rules so that every aspect of Zeepond is fair to everyone.

Hi Everybody,

In the last few weeks, we have banned several users for re-gifting keys they have won here.

I just want to make clear to old and new Zeepond members to understand the following:

90% of keys are given by developers and publishers to promote their titles (current, new or upcoming) and are exclusively for personal use! The other 10% are provided by myself with my own money!

What this means is that they (Developers and Publishers) didn't make any money out of them and they hope winners will enjoy the game and perhaps talk about it to their friends and family!

We have strict rules on Zeepond which I will post below or can be found on the following link:

You are not allowed to re-gift or re-sell a key you won on Zeepond on any other websites! All winners and the key they won are recorded as we hold a government promotional licence issued by THE NSW Government of Australia!

The rules are in place to protect us and the winners! Don't forget, By re-gifting or reselling a winning key you are not only breaching our rules, but also the requests of developers and publishers!

Anybody who is found to be doing this will be issued a permanent ban instantly!

To the loyal and fair Zeepond users, please feel free to send us a message if you suspect that one of our users is breaching the rules by using the contact tabs next to your avatar and click on the general enquiries and provide a link for us to investigates.

We are always on the lookout but we might miss a few offenders here and there. However, must of them are being caught and removed!

So, if you are re-gifting or re-selling our prize keys. STOP IT NOW, be fair and play fair or we will open the exit door for you!

Here are the giveaway rules for you:



1.Information on how to enter the zeepond promotion forms part of these terms and conditions. Participation in any zeepond promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2.Subject to the exclusion in clause 3 entry is open worldwide. Entrants under 18 years of age must have parental permission to enter. Entrants must be members of www.zeepond.com . Any entrant who wishes to enter a zeepond promotion who is not a member, can be become a member of www.zeepond.com free of charge.

3.Owners of zeepond.com, their immediate families and employees are ineligible to enter.

4.To be eligible to enter an entrant must, during the promotional period for any zeepond promotion click on the giveaway tab at zeepond.com.au which will display all current giveaways. Entrants must complete the entry form at zeepond.com.au prior to the promotion end date.

5.Following the promotion end date the winner will be drawn at random. All zeepond promotions are games of chance.

6.Winners will notified by email and the username of winning members will be displayed on the giveaway winners page of zeepond.com.au for a period of seven days after the draw date.

7.All game prizes will be delivered to the winner electronically in the form of a "key" via email and will be redeemable on specific platforms which will be listed in the giveaway descriptions.

8.Activation of keys must be completed by the winner within 72 hours of the delivery email being sent to the winner. By entering a zeepond competition entrants specifically acknowledge this. No extensions will be given.

9.In the event of a hardware prize giveaway winners will be notified by email and winning members will be required to provide a delivery address, within seven days of receiving that email.

10.Each zeepond member is eligible to enter each zeepond promotion only once every 24 hours.

11.Zeepond reserves the right, at any time to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including but not limited to whether a member has registered more than one zeepond.com username), and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who zeepond.com has reason to believe has breached any of these terms and conditions, tampered with the entry process, including the use of scripts, macro or any program that allows rapid entries of competitions (therefore the entry button must be physically pressed) or engaged in any unlawful or other improper conduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of a zeepond promotion.

12.It is a condition of entry to any Zeepond competition or promotion that the entrant acknowledge that any key or prize that is won is for the personal use of the entrant only, and must not be offered for sale or offered as a giveaway key on any other website. Zeepond actively monitors the use of its prizes and keys that are given away in promotions, and if any prize or key that is won on a Zeepond promotion is found to be offered for sale or as a prize on another website, then that key will be revoked immediately by Zeepond, and the entrant banned from Zeepond. In this regard, decisions of Zeepond are final, and no discussion or correspondence will be entered into.

13.In the event that there is any dispute concerning a zeepond promotion, the decision of zeepond.com is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

14.The promoter is zeepond NSW permit number LTPM/18/03233

Hi everybody,

From time to time, a winner might receive a duplicate key.
It happens, and we are more than happy to contact the developers/publishers for a replacement key.
However, a lot of our members haven't ticked and agreed to our privacy policy, or our terms and conditions, and haven't provided a Steam account with a minimum of 50 games.
Therefore, from now on we will only help members who have ticked these two boxes, which can be seen on their profile, and have provided a Steam ID.
Let's play fair all around.
