Important news . . .
Changes to Requirements for Giveaway Winners
Last month, we made a change whereby winners now have 24 hours instead of 72 hours to activate their winning keys.
From 1st October, 2021, we reserve the right to email you requesting proof in the form of a screenshot of activation of any winning keys.
Display of Steam ID Account on Zeepond Profile:
1. Members must have an active and public steam ID on Zeepond profile (meeting all requirements as per Giveaway Rules )
2. We reserve the right to contact the Steam ID user through Steam and/or via email for confirmation of the above if we need it.
3. Zeepond accounts that don’t display a Steam ID, or are not public and therefore do not comply with our giveaway rules, will be temporarily disabled until this requirement has been rectified.
4. All keys won are promotional keys (recorded as such by developers and publishers) for personal use only.
They are at no time to be given away or sold by winners on any other website.

Keeping Zeepond Giveaways Fair and Enjoyable for All
We would like to apologise to all our members for the unfortunate necessity of enforcing these regulations.
As there continue to be users who attempt to cheat the system, these steps will contribute to keeping Zeepond a fair and enjoyable giveaway site for all.

Could I please get a clarification on this please. New new addition says "all requirements as per Giveaway Rules", and they state that "Steam account ID set to private or displayed as not set up will not receive support and may be banned."
What exactly does "support" mean in this context? Does it mean eligibility to win?

If you set your Steam ID to private, we can't check if you have activated your winning key.
If it is set to private, and you win one of our monthly ZeeGifts vouchers, you'll forfeit your prize automatically which is the same if you don't have a Steam ID on your Zeepond profile.
If a key is a duplicate, we won't provide a replacement key. We won't provide support at all.
Yes, we are changing a few things around and it might impact your chances of winning.
However, if we can see that you have activated your winning keys and be fair, you have nothing to worry about.
