In the last few months, we had a couple of duplicate keys that were distributed to some of our winners.

It is what it is and unfortunately it will happen from time to time.

As I have extremely good relations with all developers and publishers, it is very easy and relatively quick to receive a replacement key.

However, some Zeepond members who have had the misfortune of receiving a duplicated key (sorry guys, from the bottom of my heart, for making you wait a few days) posted on our forum anonymously weeks after they won the key.

Please make sure you post as a member, and without the screenshot of the e-mail you received from www.zeepond.com . As we have a record of who won which keys, we'll send you another e-mail to confirm your query.

Also, as all giveaway keys are for personal use, we ask all members to activate their winning keys within 72 hours (3 days) from winning it. If the key is duplicated (I apologize in advance) we will replace it but after 72 hours we reserve the right not to replace it. We will add this to our conditions!

A small point but extremely important one to know. Zeepond is based in Australia and the 72 hours cushion to activate a winning key is calculated on the (AEST) Timezone .

I just noticed this post. I just tried to post it in support section, but had some error and not sure if my post is reviewed or it was not send. But as it is in topic (if not sorry and just delete it) I paste it here:

First of all thank you for your cool site.

I just won and received "Detective Agency Gray Tie - Collector's Edition (30 Steam keys)" and I tried to activate this key. Unfortunately it says it is duplicate (used) key. I does not complain as it is/was a gift anyway - I just want you to know about issue and also of course I will not be able to add it to my steam library.

Ps. Not sure if it only mine key or more of this keys are duplicate.

The publisher apparently sent us several invalid Steam keys (already used) for the Detective Agency Gray Tie - Collector's Edition giveaway. So, we decided to cancel the giveaway altogether. The good news is that we received the replacement keys for yesterday's three winners, and you should have them in your inbox by now.

We apologise for the inconvenient.
