If users wish to posts in our giveaway thread for support, they must have the terms and conditions as well as the privacy policy ticked on their profile page. If these conditions are not met, support will not be given.

We will attempt to contact you should you make a support post and do not meet the requirements to aid you further, support can still be given if you meet the requirements within the 24 hours after a key has been issued to you for a winning item. We highly recommend you check you have done the needed actions prior to needing support
