This is the first game I've ever won on here, and the key is a dupe. I'm not sure how to get that resolved.

The issue we have here is that you have won this game on the 25-11-2017 which is way past the 72 hours activation rule.

I will always try to replace a key as long as you post prior the 72 hours rule.

Hi, there. I had no idea I'd even won anything until I tried to enter the day before yesterday. I got a message that I'd already won a prize in that competition, and that's the only way I even knew that I'd won anything. I didn't receive an email, browser notification or anything telling me I'd won, so there's no way I could have done otherwise. Having never won anything before, I had no idea what to expect, so it never even occurred to me that I'd have to check the site every day in the off-chance i won a prize, just to keep from losing it in the event of a bad key.
