What to do if you received a Duplicate key was created by The_Cpt_FROGGY

Hi all,

Here is what to do in the event your winning key is a duplicate key.

From time to time, your winning key might be a duplicate. It happens and we apologise for the inconvenience.

However, it is important that our members follow specific actions.

First, you need to take a screenshot with your winning key. This screenshot needs to show clearly the key you won and your Steam profile, just like below.


Then, you need to take another screenshot with the message that your key was already activated. We need to see your Steam Avatar and the time at the bottom of the screenshot.
Next, you need to send both screenshots to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..

It is imperative that you send this email within 24 hours after the draw. So, if the game you won was drawn on the 23/09/2021 at 2:30 pm AEST (the time when we send the winners notifications), you have until the 24/09/2021 at 2:30 pm AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time) to lodge your request.

Also, you must have a Steam account displayed on your Zeepond profile with the minimum requirement to receive support, which you can see on the following link: www.zeepond.com/zeepond/legal-information/giveaway-rules

I do understand that these might be a bit tough. However, it is necessary to eliminate the key farmers and cheaters on Zeepond and we do not make any apology in that regards.

Hi all,

We would like to inform you that each email we send to our daily, weekly, fortnightly and monthly winners are also automatically sent to Zeepond admins.

This is to confirm that the system sent an email to all winners. In other words, we know who won and which key they received as soon as each draw have been completed.

So, please do not send an email to support with a key that you didn’t receive from Zeepond and pretend it is a duplicate key. It doesn’t look good from where we sit, and your account automatically becomes suspicious.

Don’t get us wrong, from time to time winners might receive a duplicate key and we are more than happy to help as long as you sent us an email within 24 hours after draws have been completed and with the key, you received from Zeepond.

However, from today the 2nd of October 2021, your Zeepond account can be ban for this. After all, the winning key is displayed on the Zeepond winning email you’ll receive and in your Zeepond Prize tab for 12 months (must be logged in to Zeepond).
