We have had several users writing in of late that they have lost there password for the site or they cannot access it and are being blocked.

Here are a couple of things you will need to know when managing your account within Zeepond.
SOCIAL MEDIA ACCESS
1) If you log into the site using a social media account the following details will be transferred across;
- Username
- Email Address
- Social media Account ID
- You last know IP address
- Profile image
When you use a social media account to access the site it does not create a password, if you want to have a direct password for the site you will need to save one on the profile page.

The other option you have here is to continue using the social media logging feature and not worry about having a password saved to the site.

USERNAME AND PASSWORD ACCOUNTS
2) If you create an account on Zeepond from scratch you will be required to supply the following information;
- Name
- Email address
- Username
- Password
- Accept the Zeepond Terms and Conditions

Once you have your account created you can connect your social media accounts on the profile page, this will mean that you do not have the enter your password once your account is linked as it will check your social account is active and connected
