Stronghold: Warlords

If you are a strategy nut case like me, you will be in heaven when 2020 comes, as the new Stronghold: Warlords will be released from the talented British Studio, Firefly. This time you’ll be building castles, conquering/defending your lands and developing your economy across Asia. I had the pleasure to sit down with the developers at E3 and was able to see first-hand how the game looks. And let me tell you, I was mighty impressed, Sire!

You’ll be able to recruit Warlords across the battlefield. Each warlord will have unique strengths, attributes and perks, which will boost your army morale. Not only that, you’ll be able to use them to boost your industry, fortify borders, team them up and launch a fearful attack upon your enemies.

During the presentation, the developers mentioned that they have listened very carefully to the Stronghold community to make sure that when Stronghold: Warlord is released it will appeal to their faithful gamers like myself, as well as to the new generation of gamers.

I can see it already to becoming a contender for the game of the year for 2020!
