Application Term & Conditions
Thank you for your interest in:
- Becoming an advertiser on www.zeepond.com; (“Advertiser”) and/or
- Becoming a sponsor of www.zeepond.com; (“Sponsor”) and/or
- Utilising our give away hosting services on www.zeepond.com (“Giveaway Service” or “Giveaway”).
“We/Us/Our” means the owner of the website and domain name www.zeepond.com
“You” means the game developer, publisher or agent that has expressed interest in the Giveaway Service or becoming an Advertiser or Sponsor.
By submitting your application You agree to the following terms and conditions:
- To be accepted as an Advertiser You must be a game developer or publisher however agencies are welcome to apply and may be accepted at the sole discretion of Us.
- We reserve the right to accept or decline any application for any reason and Our decision is final.
- You acknowledge that advertising on www.zeepond.com is by a credit system (‘credit’ or ‘credits’) and that credits must be purchased in advance and are non-refundable.
- If you are accepted as an Advertiser We agree to host Your Giveaway then We will offer to enter into a contract with You and, by purchasing credits you will have been deemed to have accepted those terms and conditions.
